In an effort to reduce waste, all my bags have a “Repair-First” Warranty. For the first two years after purchase, if any damage happens to your bag that makes it unusable like a damaged zipper or large tears, drop your bag off where you purchased it (either this shop or emailing me directly) and I will repair it for free, including fully disassembling the bag to replace individual panels. If I cannot repair it, your bag will be replaced. After those first two years, I will quote repairs on a case-by-case basis.
This does not apply to bags that have been re-sold, though anyone seeking repairs on a re-sold bag are welcome to reach out to tom@tomstinkerings.com!
