Stem Bag

Stem Bags are simple sacks that attach to the stem and/or handlebars of a bike. This one in particular uses a Cyberian Cord Lock, a cord lock that allows for opening and closing using one hand while on your bike. They are becoming more prevalent on modern stem bag designs.
